Located in the 'heart' of Central Otago in the beautiful Heritage Precinct of Old Cromwell. The precinct was created when Cromwell's main street was flooded after the Clyde Dam was built in 1990. Some of the historic buildings dated back to the 1860's goldrush were saved or rebuilt on higher ground.
